pragmar - nearly irrelevent
"nearly irrelevant" is the first album by pragmar, a band out of the quaint new england city of keene, nh. the release combines pop sensibilities and underwhelming sincerity into a solid debut; from instrumental opening "love" to to the closing ballad "seasonally affected", the album is a tribute to the dreary optimism created within the static and habitual magnetism of everyday life. "nearly irrelevant" was primarily written and recorded over 2004 - 2005 by ben caulfield with additional instrumentation by ryan power.

pragmar - the troglobites
"the troglobites" is an ambient soundscape written in 2005 for a monastery artists show, it is barren, dark, and yes a little spooky.. it is, however, not so impressive without tens of hanging cocoons in your midst. the piece was recorded over the course of a day; it is not, and never formally will be, released on disc. it can be used/redistributed under the creative commons license.
